Services

The cost of SAP services is a one time fee of $390.00. This covers both assessments, as well as all required paperwork. Full payment must be made prior to the initial evaluation. Cash or money order will be accepted.

I am also available to do alcohol and drug education for other SAPs making referrals in my area. Please call for rates as prices may be effected by number of hours required.
